memorable dining experiences.

i work with local farmers and ranchers to bring the best of the season to your table.

some of my fondest memories were made around the dinner table, and I want to curate those same experiences for you & your loved ones.

My focus is to…

build community

around the values of sustainable agriculture.

&

create experiences

that you’ll remember for years to come.

I was trained as a cook, farmer, & scientist in Berkeley, CA.

I fell in love with soil science when I was 19, and as I built relationships with farmers and ranchers through my research, I started feeding my friends and family with the produce they were growing.

I’m Will.

I immediately saw that the food I was cooking tied my community to their local growers & landscapes.

Enamored with this idea, I went straight to the birthplace of the local food movement and began my training at Chez Panisse. This kitchen transformed the way I saw the world! Now, I am pursuing a PhD in soil science, and when I’m not working with farmers through my research, I’m checking in with them at the market to see what they’re growing and how I can honor it in the kitchen.

Building community around the dinner table has always felt like magic, and I haven’t stopped chasing that magic since my first days in the kitchen.
